2. What PTE Coach provides

PTE Coach is a practice and preparation platform. We provide AI-generated questions, AI scoring, and AI coaching feedback to help you improve your English skills. We do not guarantee any specific score outcome on the official PTE exam.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $19 AUD/month
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual property

All questions on PTE Coach are AI-generated and owned by PTE Coach. They are not sourced from or affiliated with Pearson Education Limited. PTE Coach is an independent preparation platform and is not endorsed by Pearson.

6. Limitation of liability

PTE Coach is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI scoring or the effectiveness of coaching feedback. We are not liable for any exam outcomes or visa application results.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
